Tourism
Roebourne is an excellent base from which to explore the regions main tourist centres including Wickham, Point Samson, Cossack, Karratha, Dampier as well as explore some of the closer off-shore islands of the Dampier Archipelago and the Burrup Peninsula.

Some of the many attractions that this region has to offer include:
- Our own historic town of Roebourne with its 1800’s buildings including the Holy Trinity Church (1894), Union Bank (1889), Victoria Hotel (1866) and the other stone buildings constructed in 1887 which include the Post Office, Hospital, and the Old Gaol which now houses the Roebourne Museum. (The new regional prison is now located just out of Roebourne on the Wickham, Point Samson Road).
- The Emma Withnell Historical Trail, a 52 kilometre driving and walk route that starts at Roebourne and takes in Cossack, Wickham and Point Samson.
- An ancient indigenous culture and a selection of local art
- The beautiful Millstream/Chichester National Park
- The splendours of the breathtaking Karijini National Park
- Point Samsons amazing coastline and relaxing atmosphere
- Cossack; a town of history, picturesque tidal waters and magnificently restored buildings from another era
